Ingredients:
400g Babbi Home Bakery Sponge Cake Mix
100g sugar
6 medium eggs (about 350g)
35g warm water

Method:
Pour the sponge cake mix into a container, add the sugar, eggs and warm water.
Mix with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes, until the mixture is homogeneous and lighter.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered mold with a diameter of 24/26cm and bake in the oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for approximately 40 -50 minutes.
