Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are made if, after shipping, the product arrives with the package open, with obvious damage caused by shipping. Exercise mode

Following receipt of the communication with which the Customer communicates his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, La Confettata Online, having verified the correspondence to the above requirements, will agree, also via e-mail or WhatsApp, with the Customer the methods with which to return the products.
Purchase methods
The Customer can purchase the products on the Laconfettataonline.it website when placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Laconfettataonline.it through a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and an "Order Number", to be used in any further communication with La Confettata Online, as well as a reference to these conditions of sale. All prices on the site are intended as retail prices and, therefore, include VAT.
Payment
The Customer can purchase the products on the Laconfettataonline.it website using an advance bank transfer, credit or debit card or cash on delivery.
Credit or debit card
You can choose to pay by card simply and securely, via the MyPos system. Confettata Online reserves the right to proceed with the order only if the data recorded on the card coincide with the billing and shipping data of the order itself.
Bank transfer
La Confettata Online accepts bank transfers as an alternative payment method. Our bank details are visible in the cart during the purchase. All bank charges and commissions are the responsibility of the Customer. Confettata Online reserves the right to request payment integration if the amount recorded does not correspond to the final amount of the order. We will order and/or ship your order when the transfer has reached our bank account.
Mark
La Confettata Online offers the possibility to choose cash on delivery as a payment method. the cost for the cash on delivery is equivalent to €10, i.e. €10 must be added to the total. Payment is made in cash on delivery (the courier does not accept checks and does not give change). The service is available only for Italy. In the event that the shipment of an order placed with cash on delivery is not successful for reasons attributable to the customer, La Confettata Online reserves the right not to process any other order with the same payment method.
Shipping
La Confettata Online delivers the products via the GLS express courier. Shipping costs are free for orders over 4kg.
All confirmed orders will be processed within 5 working days with the possibility of ordering the purchased confetti and then shipping them within 24/48 hours with GLS Express courier. It is strongly recommended to purchase a thermal box for storing sweets to prevent the heat from affecting their freshness and changing their smell, color and consistency.
Every day by 2.00 pm the GLS express courier collects the shipments from our office, therefore we can guarantee delivery within 24 hours of collecting the package, except for some locations. You can contact La Confettata Online to allow you to monitor the shipment until delivery. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to verify their integrity. If the customer has doubts regarding their integrity, he must indicate this on the delivery receipt. However, the customer will have 14 working days to verify the integrity of the goods and communicate in writing via email to info@laconfettataonline.it or via Whatsapp on 3387312661 for any damage.
