145g butter or seed oil
4 medium eggs (about 200g)

Method:
Pour the Red Velvet mix into a container, add the softened butter and the eggs.
Mix with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes, until the mixture is homogeneous and lighter.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered cake mold with a diameter of 18/20cm and bake in the oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for approximately 40 - 50 minutes.
