400g Babbi Home Bakery Pancake Mix
160g lactose-free butter or margarine
3 small eggs (about 150g)
340g water

PREPARATION : pour the Pancake Mix into a container and add the eggs and water. Mix with a whisk for about 5 minutes; once blended, slowly add the melted butter and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Using a ladle, pour the mixture into a hot non-stick pan. Cook about 3 minutes on each side. Recipe for about 10 pancakes.
