400g Babbi Home Bakery Muffin Mix
200g lactose-free milk
100g seed oil
3 large eggs (about 150g)

PREPARATION : Recipe for approximately 12 muffins. Pour the Muffin Mix into a container, add the milk, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture into the previously buttered molds and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for approximately 25-30 minutes.
