Ingredients:
350g Babbi Home Bakery Custard Mix
1l cold milk at room temperature
Method:
Pour 350g of Babbi Custard Cream Preparation into a container and add the milk.
Mix with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes, until you obtain a smooth and compact structure.
To make the Chantilly Cream, add 350g of whipped cream.
To flavor the cream, you can use the Pastes from the Babbi Home Bakery line (Pistachio, Hazelnut and Vanilla) by simply adding 50 - 60g of Paste to 500g of ready-made custard.
