Ingredients :
400g Babbi Home Bakery Biscuit Mix
200g lactose-free butter or margarine
3 egg yolks (about 65g)
65g sugar

Preparation : Pour the biscuit mix into a container, add the diced butter, sugar and egg yolks and knead until the dough is smooth. Roll out the pastry between 2 sheets of baking paper and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Once the setting time has elapsed, cut out the biscuits of the desired size. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for approximately 15-20 minutes.
